Project Overview
Prism Glass supplied and installed a bespoke EI120 fire-rated curtain wall system at Mandela Way, designed to meet strict fire performance and structural requirements.
The installation comprised 27 fixed glazed panels across four floors, using the Wrightstyle SR60 fire-rated curtain wall system and Pyroguard fire safety glass to deliver 120 minutes of fire integrity and insulation performance. Additionally, the glazing system provides solar control performance to meet comfort requirements.
